Intellectual property notice
All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by Kenora, including but not limited to website designs, branding assets, and written content, are the intellectual property of Kenora. These assets are protected under copyright laws and cannot be used, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written consent from Kenora.
Upon completion of a project and final payment, Kenora grants the client a non-exclusive, transferable license to use the delivered materials for their intended purpose. However, Kenora retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, marketing materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Data retention
Kenora retains client data collected during the course of the project for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the agreed services or as required by applicable laws. This includes project files, communication records, and any shared resources to ensure seamless support and service continuity.
Clients may request the deletion of their data by providing written notice. Upon such a request, Kenora will securely delete or anonymize the data unless retention is required for legal, contractual, or legitimate business purposes. We prioritize safeguarding your data with strict confidentiality and security measures.
