If for any reason you’re not happy with your lipstick, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged. In that case, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
